This term, we have celebrated World Book day with a trip to Oldfield Park Bookshop to spend our World book day tokens, and on the World Book day it’s self the children and staff wore their Pyjama’s!! We also watched the Gruffalo’s child and followed some Bear hunt yoga.
We have continued to enjoy cooking activities, baking cheese and chive muffins, apple crumble and oaty biscuits.
The children continue to enjoy exploring our activities and extending and exploring. We have explored our senses with cutting herbs using scissors, and squeezing lemons, oranges, limes and grapefruits.
In Outdoor Adventures we have looked for signs of spring, used our sense of touch to explore different textures that we find outside. We also took part in the Big Garden Bird Watch.
Coming up in the next few weeks we have our Easter Crown making and parade, and an egg hunt in the garden.
